If you have purchased an item from one of our stockists, please refer to their store’s policies and contact them directly.
If you have purchased directly from us, and you aren’t completely satisfied with the product for any reason, we will refund the amount paid for the product at the time the product is returned by
you (at your cost) and received by us (excluding shipping costs). Refund
requests must be made directly to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the date of shipment by us.
Nectar Botanicals is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit that are being returned to us.
We will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping and handling costs related to the original purchase, as these are non-refundable) within five (5) business day.
In the instance a specific credit card company processes a chargeback transaction, it
is your responsibility to contact the credit card company if you have questions about the status of the chargeback.
We will not provide a refund for a request that is sent to Nectar Botanicals more than thirty (30) days after the date of original shipment as subject to Australian Consumer Law. We do not
provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of
care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use at any time after the
risk passes to the purchaser.
